Forms obtained from the students will be organized if you want of merit as per the Admission Plan and section of the provisionally determined applicants will be ready in the Office of the Secretary, Faculty Council for P. G Studies in Arts, Commerce & Law, NBU. The panel alongwith the forms of the provisionally decided on applicants will be confirmed by the worried Head of the Department. After confirmation the Secretary will get ready list of admission in distinct groups (such as General, SC and ST as per rule) always keeping a supply of 10% vacancy for reassessed applicants. If no response is attained from the Head of the Departments, the Secretary will submit the list after the authorization of the Vice-chancellor. The list shall be notified on the notice board of the Office of the Secretary to be made a decision by the Faculty Council.
The entire procedure of admission into M.A/M.Com Part I classes should be {completed|carried out} within 30 working days from the date of beginning of Part- I classes. Names of the students who will fail to attend 50% of the lectures provided during the 1st 15 working days (from the date of commencement of P.G Part I and Part II classes) shall be submitted to the Office of the Secretary by the Heads of the Departments within 5 teaching days from the date of expiry of 15 days period efficiently for cancellation of admission. This method will be equally appropriate for the applicants to be admitted towards the dropouts. If a applicant can’t join the class within 15 working days on medical ground he/she may search for exemption by posting an application coupled with medical certificate within 15 days period to the Head of the Department. The department involved shall refer such conditions to the Vice-chancellor for selection.
